Combined with the anti-hydrolysis composite fiber substrate, it ensures that the filter bag can achieve an ultra-long service cycle of ≥ 48 months under the continuous low-resistance state. It has passed the international standard test and certification, and its durability is leading the industry level.
Precise Weaving
The innovative multi-element needle combination technology is adopted, and the gradient density needle arrangement process is used to intelligently adjust the needle frequency. Through the three-dimensional cross-puncture process, the deep infiltration and electromagnetic heating system, the nano-coating is realized. The filtration accuracy reaches 2μm, the filtration efficiency is 99.998%, and the dust stripping rate is > 80%.
